On Sunday, August 3rd, something special happened in downtown Montreal. Over 100 people came together not just to work out, but to grow. STRIVE wasn’t just another wellness event. It was a curated experience designed to help people move their bodies, reset their minds, and connect with a like-hearted community.
Hosted at Padel FVR on the top floor of 733 Rue Cathcart, STRIVE was a collaboration between Sprouht, Pebble, and The Main - three organizations united by a mission to make self-growth more social, accessible, and fun.
💪 A Look Inside the Experience
The day started with high vibes and warm welcomes as attendees gathered, greeted with good energy and the smell of fresh coffee in the air.
Here’s how the morning unfolded:
1. Bodyweight Strength Circuit with Ryan Beauchamp
We kicked off STRIVE with a full-body sweat session led by fitness coach Ryan Beauchamp, combining strength, mobility, and endurance training to get hearts pumping and energy flowing.
2. Pilates with Sarah Miller
Next up, a grounding Pilates flow led by Sarah Miller helped attendees centre themselves, build core strength, and reconnect with their breath.
3. Breathwork with Angelica & The Art of Living
In collaboration with The Art of Living Canada, breathwork teacher Angelica led a powerful session to help participants tap into stillness and clarity. From high-energy movement to inner calm, this was a chance to reset from within.
4. Guided Journaling with William Rossy (Sprouht)
Founder of Sprouht, William Rossy, closed the formal sessions with a moment of personal reflection, guiding everyone through an intention-setting journaling exercise. The prompt: “What would my life look like if I made this level of care my new normal?”
5. Social Hour & Padel
To wrap up, guests mingled over healthy snacks, hit the Padel courts, and made meaningful connections with new friends and local wellness leaders.
