Processing Time

Orders are sent out for delivery within 1-2 business days, and processed after 3 days, likely sooner.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at dennis@sprouht.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

    Taxes & Duties 

    Canada

    Sprouht Media charges a sales tax for all Canadian orders. These collected taxes are mandated by the local provincial and federal governments. Sprouht Media in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the government.

    Your order is shipped DDU. 

    USA

    Sprouht Media charges a sales tax for all New Jersey orders (where our warehouse is). These collected taxes are mandated by the state government. Sprouht Media in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the government. 

    Europe, UK, Asia & Other International Countries

    As your order is shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), orders being shipped internationally may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Sprouht Media.

    How can I change my order?

    If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact dennis@sprouht.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.

    I didn't receive my package

    If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. In addition, please reach out to your local post office for additional information should it have been delivered there instead. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact dennis@sprouht.com for further assistance.
