We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all of our physical products. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact support@sprouht.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Each return request will be reviewed and handled on a per-inquiry basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your reason for the return and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: for international orders outside of the USA, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Sprouht is not responsible for lost return packages sent from international destinations.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
