I purchased the "better you bundle" after watching many of Will's youtube videos. . .which I gained much wisdom from viewing. I figured if the videos gave me that much wisdom, I'm sure the journals would provide some clarity and wisdom as well. The genius of these journals are in the way they are setup and laid out in a way that seems to effortlessly pull genuine and relevant information from the person doing the journalling. The setup makes it easy to become reflective, and those reflections provide clarity moving forward. I'm only about 1/4 done with the journal currently, and I can honestly say that it's provided me with an abundance of clarity about myself that I've never had before. I feel like I'm finally getting to truly know myself. . .and it's been a very pleasant and downright enlightening experience so far. Highly Recommend.
I bought the Goal Setting Journal the same time I purchased the Daily Improvement Journal and it immediately assisted me in actually focusing on WHAT I want to achieve in this lifetime. It has provided increased focus and clarity on what my goals are instead of just dreaming and manifesting them. It helps me to make and take action and to finally have a planned strategy to reach a higher version of my current self! Definitely worth it. Will reorder again once the current one is completed.
Step by step, this journal helps you turn your dreads into relatie - schifting from goal-oriented to task-oriented - so that your dream / goal gradually takes shape, from a state of flow. Highly recommended
I bought this book some time ago when I was at this dark stage of my life. Will and his knowledge omgave my life another meaning. I’m not 100% where I want to be, but this book definitely paved the way to a different way to look at life. I’m inspired by Will and all his knowledge he’s sharing with everyone.
Will's story resonated with me since the day he started Sprouht. Similarly to Will, I rejected my offer at one of the top consulting firms, Deloitte, in 2022 to pursue the exciting but terrifying world of entrepreneurship.
As entrepreneurs, life is fast paced - we are constantly running at one speed. A couple of months ago, burnout hit me harder than ever, and I started feeling a deep void (but why? business was booming, I should be happy no?)
The Goal Setting Journal was the first time since we launched our business that I stopped and deeply reflected. And oh my... Sprouht's 6 Pillars of a Fulfilling Life made it clear that I had neglected for 2 years 5 of the 6 Pillars.
The curiosity that made me an entrepreneur was dead. My physical health that was once so important, became the worst it had ever been. And let's not talk about friendships and relationships... I had made myself believe that they were time wasters, instead of being essential parts of a fulfilling life.
The action plan allowed me to deeply reflect on my life and on entrepreneurship tasks that were holding me back. Slowly, I am delegating as much of the tasks that I hate doing, in order to focus on the ones that bring joy and fulfillment into my life.
I also haven't skipped a day at the gym, since changing my perspective on "Efficiency" and "Optimization".
Thank you Sprouht for the amazing impact that you had on my life!
PS: to my fellow entrepreneurs, get this book, take the time to reflect and watch your purpose reignite!
