• Brainstorm, create, and break down your biggest Career, Relationship, Health, Travel, Friendship, and Self-Discovery dreams into 180-day goals.
• Gather feedback from within our community to validate the feasibility of these goals

📆 Phase Three: Create Accountability Systems

This third phase lasts 7 days and will teach you how to answer the third fundamental question of a fulfilling life: How Do I Get What I Want?

In specific, you will:

• Take your big dreams & 180-day goals from Phase 2 and add them into Sprouht's Goal Tracking System, which will guide you to track your goals by the quarters, months, weeks, and days.
• Develop a clear set of healthy habits and routines to supplement the journey of goal-getting you're about to pursue.
• Gather feedback from within the community

⚡️ Phase Four: Put Your Plan Into Action

This fourth phase lasts 9 days and is purely an implementation phase. We will help you get into the habit of tracking your goals & staying consistent while you embark on our 7-Day Tracking Challenge, which will have you posting daily inside our community about your progress, gathering feedback from the community & helping to hold you accountable! Yay!

All in all, this protocol lasts 30 days. By the end of it, you will be equipped with:
