My brother gave me a sprouht journal as a gift for Christmas last year and it has helped me tremendously. There is something about pen/pencil to paper that still cannot be replicated in this digital age. Actually *writing* down your goals and inner thoughts has been proven to help human beings achieve what they want out of life. Since it’s such a great practice, why not have your tools ALSO be beautiful? These are quality products and they look (and feel) great in real life. I had a chance to actually meet the folks behind these products and the yt channel and they are great folks.
