Map Out Your 6-Month-From-Now Ideal Life
In phase one of the Sprouht Method - what we call the Planting Phase - you will develop an extensive understanding of who you are, who you want to be, and what the gaps between those two versions of you are.
You'll do so by completing a series of guided self-reflection exercises that are based on advice and strategies from 1,000 of the world’s most successful older people.
Set Detailed Goals
In phase two of the Sprouht Method - what we call the Feeding Phase, you will take all of the knowledge that you learned about your current and ideal self in phase one, and convert it into a series of goals that, if achieved, will drastically improve your life in 6 months.
These goals will become DMT (detailed, measurable, time-specific) and will be broken down into bite-sized tasks that make it ridiculously easy to get started.
Track Each Goal For 6 Months
In phase three of the Sprouht Method - what we call the Growing Phase - you will take the 5 most important DMT goals from the Feeding Phase, and you'll begin working towards achieving them over the next 6 consecutive months.
You will track these goals every single day, week, and month, using daily goal setting techniques and weekly reflections to stay disciplined and on track.
Eventually, the ideal version of you that you created in the Planting Phase will become your current reality. Boom! Life = changed.
