Will's story resonated with me since the day he started Sprouht. Similarly to Will, I rejected my offer at one of the top consulting firms, Deloitte, in 2022 to pursue the exciting but terrifying world of entrepreneurship.
As entrepreneurs, life is fast paced - we are constantly running at one speed. A couple of months ago, burnout hit me harder than ever, and I started feeling a deep void (but why? business was booming, I should be happy no?)
The Goal Setting Journal was the first time since we launched our business that I stopped and deeply reflected. And oh my... Sprouht's 6 Pillars of a Fulfilling Life made it clear that I had neglected for 2 years 5 of the 6 Pillars.
The curiosity that made me an entrepreneur was dead. My physical health that was once so important, became the worst it had ever been. And let's not talk about friendships and relationships... I had made myself believe that they were time wasters, instead of being essential parts of a fulfilling life.
The action plan allowed me to deeply reflect on my life and on entrepreneurship tasks that were holding me back. Slowly, I am delegating as much of the tasks that I hate doing, in order to focus on the ones that bring joy and fulfillment into my life.
I also haven't skipped a day at the gym, since changing my perspective on "Efficiency" and "Optimization".
Thank you Sprouht for the amazing impact that you had on my life!
PS: to my fellow entrepreneurs, get this book, take the time to reflect and watch your purpose reignite!
